Classic Battle Rifle Match Details & Registration Info August 30
We have a Classic Battle Rifle Match for Aug 30. Only ex-military issue firearms with iron sights and 5.56 mm centre-fire calibre or larger allowed. Due to the recent Liberal gun ban, AR-15, M14 etc. cannot be shot. If you have an M-1 carbine in 9mm with iron sights, it will be allowed. Sporterized ex-military rifles are allowed as well.
Due to COVID 19 social distancing rules, we will be running two groups of 12 through the match. The first group will shoot at 9 AM, the second group at 12 PM (noon). Match fee is $20 for CFGPA members and $30 for others. Gleen McLangley and Eric Kalman, I still have your funds from the last match that was cancelled. I will apply it towards this match for you.
When you register please indicate which session you wish to shoot in.
If you are not shooting a face covering will be required. Bring your hand sanitizer or gloves with you.
I have had to adjust the course of fire due to the recent range improvements. We can no longer do prone or sitting shooting position.
I have added an extra 7th stage (steel). If you are shooting an SKS, bring at least 10 rounds of soft-pointed ammo for this stage. If you cannot locate some, I will bring some with me that you can reimburse me for.
