CFGPA Volunteer Raffle A Free Membership

Great news, Members!

Chilliwack Fish and Game would like to support and thank our volunteer base who come out and help with our Work Bees. We are a non-profit volunteer Club and depend on our membership to help keep our facilities running in tip-top shape. In the end, your help benefits all our members and provides a wonderful place that you can call your own.
In appreciation of your efforts, CFGPA will be holding a draw for a One (1) Year FREE Membership at our Fall AGM in. Our Club President will be doing the draw and awarding a deserving volunteer the prize.
To qualify for the draw, you MUST come out for a Club sanctioned Work Bee. Look for emails from me or on the Club Newsletter for organized work bees. We will need a lot of help to get all the range upgrades and projects completed.

You must volunteer for a minimum of three (3) hours per Work Bee to qualify.

Helping with Club events like IDPA, Speed Steel, Trap, Black Powder or TAC Rifle does NOT count towards Club volunteer hours.
Volunteers MUST submit their names to the Work Bee leader or our groundskeeper, Shannon, after each Work Bee so we can keep track of who you are. Due to the number of people coming and going, we will not be monitoring you. It is your responsibility to report to us.
Each Work Bee attendance of a minimum of three (3) hours will qualify for an entry so the more you attend, the greater the odds of winning!
For Family memberships, only the head of the family will receive a draw ticket.
The winner will get the same level of Membership that they paid for this year. So a Regular member will win a Regular Membership, a Family member will win a Family Membership and so on.
There is no monetary redemption available; only a free membership for the next year.
The winner of the draw does not have to be present at the AGM to win the membership although we would prefer all volunteers attend the AGM as the current Board would benefit from feedback from our members.
Please consider coming out and helping your Club. We are only as good as our membership. Your input can make us the premier Club in the Fraser Valley!
Thank you and good luck! See you on the range!
