CFGPA COVID 19 Update June 30 2020

Events have been proceeding well within the province and at the club, so we can now further ease restrictions related to COVID 19.  Effective immediately the following is in effect: The maximum number of shooters on the Limited Distance Ranges has been increased from 2 to 4.
Guests are now permitted as per the club’s regular policy. Pistols can be used on the 200-metre rifle range using the shooting positions on the right. Sign-in is no longer required, and shooting times remain limited to two hours.
We anticipate soon allowing shotguns back on the range once we work out some target issues.  As well, efforts are being made for the club sections to reopen and host matches by the middle of July.  We hope that we can continue to progress toward normal operations, but we must remain in a position to respond to the Covid-19 situation should we have to dial
back.

Shotguns are now allowed to be shot on our rifle range only at table 6 and 7 only. Members may bring their own targets to shoot at as long as they are not metal targets. Any shot size and slugs are allowed.
