In the coming month the CFGPA will be changing our Guest Envelopes to align with the regulations outlined in the Firearms Act regulations regarding guests at shooting ranges, found here:
The Range Regulations make a division between Restricted and Non-Restricted use, but unfortunately we have no practical way of discerning usage at the CFGPA.
Going forward, we will be asking all members who bring guests to fill out the guest envelopes in full, and the guest will be required to retain the perforated portion at the top of the envelope as proof of payment while at our facility. Failure to produce the portion illustrating payment to our Groundskeeper, the RSO, or a Director who requests to view it will be taken as proof of non-payment, subjecting the member involved to disciplinary actions.
